Orange Pudding Cake

Orange Pudding Cake 1 C. sugar, divided 2 T. butter 1 1/2 T. grated orange rind 4 eggs, separated 1/4 C. flour 1 1/4 C. milk 1/2 C. orange juice Beat together 1/2 C. sugar, butter and orange rind until fluffy. Beat in the egg yolks, one at a time. Add flour alternately with milk and orange juice. Beat egg whites until thick. Beat in remaining sugar and continue to beat until stiff. Fold into the batter.
