Grilled Flank Steak

Grilled Flank Steak 1/4 cup lime juice 2 TB vegetable oil 2 TB Oriental sesame oil 3 TB low sodium soy sauce 2 inch piece fresh ginger, thinly sliced 2 scallions, chopped 2 stalks lemon grass, thinly sliced, optional 6 sprigs fresh coriander 1/2 tsp. hot red pepper flakes 2 lb. flank steak Combine all of the ingredients except the steak in a large non aluminum container. Add the steak and turn to coat in the marinade. Let the meat marinate while the grill heats. Heat the broiler or light the charcoal grill. Broil or grill the steak 4 to 5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, brushing occasionally with the marinade. Let the cooked steak rest for 10 minutes before cutting it into thin slices.
