Turkey Stroganoff
2 cups frozen cut broccoli
1 tbsp water
1/4 cup chopped onion
3 tbsps all-purpose flour
1 can (10-3/4 ozs) condensed reduced-sodium chicken broth, undiluted
2 cups cubed cooked turkey breast
1 cup (8 ozs) reduced-fat sour cream
1 can (4 ozs) sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
1/4 tsp pepper
Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain and set aside. In a
2-qt. microwave-safe casserole, combine water and onion; cover and cook on
high until tender. Add flour and blend well. Whisk in broth; cook on high
for 4-6 minutes or until thickened and bubbly, stirring every 2 minutes. Add
remaining ingredients. Cook on high for 2-3 minutes or until heated through,
stirring once.
Suggestion: Serve over noodles or rice. Not included in nutr. values
