I ALSO HAVE A QUESTION....CAN YOU PUT FROZEN MEAT/OR ITEMS IN PRESSURE COOKER AND IF SO....WHAT WOULD THE INSTRUCTIONS BE FOR IT? MAYBE A FREE DOWNLOADABLE RECIPE BOOK THAT TELLS THIS???? PLEASE???????????
