Quick Veggie Chili Corn Queso

28 oz can crushed tomatoes
2 15 oz cans pinto beans
15 oz red kidney beans
15 oz can garbanzo beans
14 1/2 oz can hominy
6 oz can tomatoe paste
4 oz can diced green chili peppers
2 medium onions, chopped (1 cup)
fresh cilantro
2 medium zucchini, halved lenghtwise and sliced (2 1/2 cups)
1 to 2 tbs chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
3/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sugar
dash salt
1 1/2 cups shredded monterey Jack cheese (6 oz)
dairy sour cream

In an Dutch oven , combine tomatoes, undrained pinto and kidney
beans, drained garbanzo and hominy, tomaot paste, undrained chili
peppers, onions, zucchini, chili powder, cumin powder, garlic
powder, sugar and salt, to taste. Heat to boiling, reduce heat.
Simmer, covered, for 30 min. Remove from heat. Add cheese, stir
until melted. If desired, top with sour cream and cilantro.
