Famous Recipes - Baked Sea Scallops

Baked Sea Scallops**

**This is an old family reciepe that I wrote down while making one
day. You can adjust this according to how many people you are having
for dinner.

Sea Scallops (I ususally use 1 lb)
crushed garlic crutons
(A) 1/4-1/3 cups vinegar
(B) 1 1/4 cup olive oil
(C) 1 tsp (or less) garlic salt/powder
(D) 1 tsp (or less) onion salt/powder
(E) 1 tsp (or less) celery salt

Mix A, B, C, D, and E together. Mix scallops in to vinegar mixture.
Mix crotons with scallop mixture. Spread out in pan coated with olive
oil and bake 4-5 min per side.
