Recipes - Creamy Roquefort Salad
(Quantities are for one person.)
1/2 head of cauliflower head, florets only
Handful of lettuce leaves, torn
1/4 lb Roquefort cheese, crumbled (About 150 G)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp mustard (prepared)
Salt and pepper to taste
Crumble cheese, add the rest of the dressing ingredients and mix well.
Prepare vegetables in a separate bowl and add dressing. Mix everything
well and refridgerate.
