Famous Recipes - Avocado Cheese Cake

For those who want to try some thing different.

Avocado Cheesecake

3/4 packet Arrowroot / Nice or Coffee biscuits [crushed]
Approx. 200g Melted Margarine Or Butter [ 7 1/4oz ]
1 and 1/4 Tablet Gelatine [ level ]
1/3 Cup Hot Water
250g Cream Cheese at room temperature [ 9oz ]
3/4 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Natural Yoghurt
1 and 1/2 Avocadoes Or 2 Small ones Mashed
1 Small Can Evaporated Milk [ chilled overnight ]

Method
Process Biscuits and Add Melted Butter.
Mix well and press into medium sized springform pan
Refrigerate.

Sprinkle Gelatine over hot water and beat with a fork until dissolved. [ Cool ]
Beat Cream and Sugar until creamy.
Add Cooled Gelatine and mix for 20-25 seconds.

Add the natural Yoghurt and Mashed Avocado's.
Mix well.

In a separate bowl beat very cold evaporated milk until well combined.

Pour into crumbed base and refrigerate for 6 hours.
Or overnight.
