Ingredients for the preparation of the sorbet 37 cl Fischer beer 50 cl sugar 50 cl water juice from 1 lemon

Ingredients for the preparation of the crepe 60 gr flour a bit of salt 10 gr sugar 1 lemon peel 1 vanilla envelope 2 eggs 35 gr. butter 20 cl milk small caramelized apples

To prepare the sorbet: Boil the water with the sugar. Add the Fischer beer and the lemon juice, and place in the sorbetiere. In the event that you do not have one, place in the freezer where you should stir them often so that the mixture remains fluid and does not freeze.

To prepare the crepe: Mix the flour with the salt, the lemon peel, the sugar, the eggs, the butter and finally the milk. When the mixture thickens, spread and cut into small pieces. Warm the caramelized apples and cut into small pieces, placing them into the crepes. Fold them and serve warm, pouring over the sorbet.
