Yellow Cake with Chocolate Frosting

1 pkg(18.25 oz) yellow cake mix 1 cup reduced fat sour cream 1/2 cup applesauce 4 egg whites 1 egg 1 pkg(2.6 oz) whipped topping mix 2 pkgs(1.4 oz each) sugar frees instant chocolate pudding 3 cups fat free milk

Preheat 350 degrees. Coat 2(9") round cake pans with cooking spray. At low speed, beat first ingriedeients and 1/4 cup water until combined. At medium speed, beat 2min. Divide between pans. Bake 25- 30 min or until toothpick inserted into centers comes out clean. Cool 5min. Remove from pans; cool completely. At low speed, beat remianing ingriedients until blended. At high, beat until soft peaks form, 4-6min. If too soft to spread, chill. Fill and spread cake layers with frosting. Refrigerate.
