TUNA CHARLIES

1 can of tuna fish 4 slices of bread 4 slices of cheese 4 slices of tomatoes 1 Tbsp. of relish (optional) 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise 1/4 c. onions (optional) 1 hot summer day

Prepare tuna fish your favorite way (whatever you like to put in it such as relish, mayonnaise, celery, onions. Next toast your bread lightly. Then put a scoop of prepared tuna fish on the toast, spread it out on the bread. Put slice of tomato on top of the tuna fish. Then put a slice of cheese on top. Put under the broiler until cheese is melted to desired texture. Voila-Tuna Charlie. Serves 4.
