Sweet and Spicy Apple "Enchiladas"

One 21 oz. can apple pie filling Six 8" flour tortillas 1 t. ground cinnamon 1/3 cup margarine or butter 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1/2 cup water

Preheat oven to 350. Spoon apples evenly onto tortillas; sprinkle with cinnamon. Roll up tortillas and place seam side down in a lightly greased 8" square baking dish. Combine margarine, sugars, and water in a medium pan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly for 3 minutes. Pour sauce over tortillas and bake for 20 minutes. Cut enchiladas in half and serve warm. Serves 6 Serve with ice cream or whipped cream, if desired. Source: AllRecipes
