Spicy London Broil

1 London broil(about 1 1/2 lbs) 2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped 2 tsp steak seasoning 2 large green and/or yellow peppers, cored and cliced lengthwise 1 medium red onion, peeled and cut into 1/2" thick wedges salt and pepper, to taste

Heat broiler. Rub beef with garlic and steak seasoning. Place on broiler pan. Add peppers and onions. Broil 15min or until thermometer inserted in meat reads 140 degrees for medium-rare, turning once. Serve peppers and onions over steak. Season with salt and pepper to taste, is desired.
