Southwest Pasta Bake

3/4 cup chopped onion 1 can(14 1/2 oz) diced tomates with juice 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked ham 1 can (15-16oz) beans, rinsed and drained 1 cup grated cheese, 4 oz 1/2 cup taco sauce 1/4 tsp salt 8 oz pasta, cooked 1 1/2 tsp chili powder(optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2 quart baking dish. In skillet, heat 1 tbs oil over medium heat. Add onion; cook until tender. Add tomatoes, cook 2min. Stir in ham, beans, 1/2 cup cheese, sauce, 1 1/2 tsp chili powder(optional), 1/4 tsp salt and pasta. Transfer to dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake until hot, 15min.
