Mandarin Orange Tart

8 sheets phyllo dough 1 pkg(8 oz) cream cheese, softened 1 pkg(3 oz) orange gelatin 2 containers(8 oz each) frozen whipped topping, thawed and divided 2 cans(11 oz each) mandarian oranges, drained and divided raspberries, for garnish

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place 1 sheet phyllo dough in greased 8" round tart pan with removable bottom. Coat with cooking spray; repeat with remaining layers. Fold edges under; pierce bottom with fork. Bake 10min, or until lightly browned. Cool completely on rack. In microwave safe bowl in microwave on medium power, cook cream cheese 1min or until soft, stirring until smmoth. In bowl, stir together 1/4 cup boiling water and gelatin until completely dissolved. Stir in gelatin misture into cream cheese. Fold in 1 container whipped topping and 1 can mandarin oranges. Spoon gelatin cream cheese mixture into prepared phyllo shell. Top with remaining whipped topping and remaining oranges. Garnish with raspberries, if desired.
