Green Enchiladas

Ingredients

a.. 2 pounds hamburger meat b.. 1/2 pound american cheese c.. 2 cans cream of chicken soup d.. 1 can evaporated milk e.. 2 jahlapanio peppers f.. 1 10oz. block chedder cheese(shredded) g.. 1 large onion (chopped) h.. 20 package corn tortilla

Directions

Brown hamburger meat with onion, then mix in chedder cheese.In seperate pan mix soup,milk,and grated american cheese.Cook on low heat until cheese is melted, chop in peppers. Heat tortilla's in a small amount of grease until flimsy,only a few seconds then lay them aside.When finished put a spoonful of meat mixture into each shell. Line meat filled shells in a sheetcake pan and pour sauce over them. Bake at 350 degree until sauce is bubbly and slightly brown.
