Chocolate Cream Pie

1 pkg(7 oz) shredded sweetened coconut 1/4 cup chopped toasted almonds 1 egg white 2 pkgs(3 oz each) cook and serve chocolate pudding 1 container(8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed raspberry and kiwifruit, for garnish

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In bowl, use fork to stir together coconut, almonds and egg white. Press into bottom and sides of 9" pie plate coated with butter flavored cooking spray. BAke 10min. Cool completely. Prepare chocolate pudding according to package directions; pour into prepared crust. Cover pie with plastic wrap. Refrigerate 1 hour, or until completely cooled. Sppon whipped topping into piping bag fitted with star tip. Pipe around top of pie. Garnish with raspberries and kiwifruit, if desried
