Chicken'n Stuffing Skillet Supper

1 tsp dried thyme 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, 1 1/4 lbs 1/2 tsp salt 1 tbs oil 1 1/2 cups water 3 cups frozen mixed vegerables, thawed 1 pkg(6oz) stuffing mix 1/4 cup chicken gravy

Combine thyme, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper; sprinkle over chicken. In nonstick skillet, heat 1 tbs oil over medium heat. Add chicken; cook, turning once, until browned, about 5min per side. Cover; cook until no longer oink in centers, 10-12min. Remove from skillet; reserve. To same skillet add vegetables, stuffing mix and 1 1/2 cups water. Bring to a boil; cook, stirring occasioanlly, until water in absorbed, 5min. Top with reserved chicked; drizzle with gravy.
