Wholemeal Zucchini Cake

2 eggs lightly ,beaten 1/2 cup canola oil 2/3 cup brown sugar 1 cup self-raising flour 3/4 cup wholemeal self-raising flour 1/2 cup sour cream 1 1/2 cups finely grated zucchini 1/4 cup sesame seeds 1/2 cup sultanas

Preheat the oven to 180C

Grease a deep 20cm [ 8 inch ] round cake pan and line the base and sides with baking paper. Combine eggs, oil and sugar in a large bowl. Sift over the flours and add the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Spoon into prepared pan and level the surface with a spatula. Sprinkle the top with extra sesame seeds. Bake for 1 hour 10 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes in pan before turning onto a wire rack to cool completely.
