Hot Cheese Puffs

1 loaf unsliced French bread, crust removed, and cut into bite sized pieces

Combine: 2 3 oz. pkgs. cream cheese 1 cup (2 sticks) butter 1/2 Lbs. sharp cheddar cheese, grated 4 egg whites, beaten until stiff

Place butter and cheese in teflon pan and melt. Fold in egg whites. Dip in bread pieces. Chill on Teflon pans or foil covered cookie sheets over night (can be frozen at this point for later). Bake at 400* for 4-5 minutes. If frozen, 10-15 minutes.

Makes 90.
