Famous Recipes - Corn Quiche

Corn Quiche

1 can corn, drained (12 oz) 1/4 cup grated Swiss or Parmesan cheese 1 unbaked 9" pie shell 5 eggs 1 1/2 cups light cream 1 t. instant minced onion 1 t. seasoned salt 1/8 t. pepper 4 slices crisp bacon, crumbled

Mix corn and cheese and put in bottom of pie shell. Beat next 5 ingredients. Pour over corn. Sprinkle with bacon. Bake in 400 oven for 25 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake about 20 minutes longer. Serve at once. Serves 4 to 6
