Chipotle Deviled Eggs

8 hard cooked eggs 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing 1/2 t. lemon juice 2 medium green onions, chopped (2 T.) 2 to 3 t. finely chopped chipotle chilies in adobo sauce from a 7 oz can, drained 1/8 t. salt Paprika

Peel eggs; cut lengthwise in half. Slip out yolks and mash with fork. Stir mayonnaise, lemon juice, onions, chilies, and salt into yolks. Fill egg whites with egg yolk mixture, heaping it lightly. Sprinkle with paprika. Serves 16 Source: Betty Crocker's Most Requested Recipes
