Cheesy Meatloaf

1/2 c.onion, chopped 1/4c.Green Pepper, chopped 1can (8oz) Tomato sauce 2eggs, beaten 4 oz American Cheese, diced 1 c.soft Bread Crumbs 1 tsp.Salt dashPepper 1/4 tsp.thyme, crushed 1 1/2lb.lean Ground Beef 1/2lb.Ground Pork

Cook onion and peppers until tender. Stir in sauce, eggs, cheese, crumbs, salt, pepper and thyme Add ground meats. Mix well. Shape into loaf Bake 350 degrees for 1/2 hour
