Creamy soup base mix

Creamy soup base mix 2c. instant non-fat milk powder 3/4c cornstarch 1/4c instant chicken bouillon granules 2T. minced dry onion 1/4t. pepper 1/2t. dried basil,crushed 1/2t. dried thyme,crushed Combine all ingredients,mix, and fill an airtight container. This makes 3c. mix,about 8 servings to make the equivalent of 1 10 3/4 ounce can of soup, combine 1/3c. soup base mix and 1 1/4c water in a saucepan. Cook on low heat; stir until thickened. Add 1T. margarine if desired. Add any vegetable you desire and heat through.
