2 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons flour [ plain ]
4 eggs yolks
2 cups milk
1 cup sugar
pinch salt
rind and juice 2 lemons
Beat together butter and sugar. Add flour , salt
egg yolks, lemon rind and juice and milk. Stir in
stiffly beaten egg whites [ 4 ]
Bake in greased dish in a tray of water, until light brown.
350 C degrees
