Greek Chicken Casserole

3/4 c. dry white wine or white grape juice
2-10 1/2 oz. cans cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream
1-12 oz. pkg. noodles, cooked and drained
4 c. cooked, cubed chicken
2-7 oz. cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 c. chopped pimento
1 large onion, minced
1 can sliced black olives
1 c. Parmesan cheese

Mix the wine, soup and sour cream together. Starting with the noodles,
layer all ingredients except the cheese in buttered 5 quart casserole
and put a layer of the wine mix between each layer of ingredients. Top
with Parmesan cheese. Refrigerate overnight if desired. Bake at 350°
for 45-60 minutes. Can be frozen. Serves 14-16. This recipe will make
two 9x13 inch casseroles. Use one and freeze one.
