PHILIPPINO MEATLOAF

PHILIPPINO MEATLOAF

1 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. salt
2 c. Del Gaizo plum tomatoes
1 egg
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 onion, finely chopped
Combine all ingredients and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Note: Oil
loaf pan slightly.)
MEATLOAF FROSTING:
1/2 c. catsup
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
Mix all ingredients and spread on cooked meatloaf. Return to oven until sauce
topping is hot and bubbly (about 5 minutes).
