Your looking for a recipe for sugarpaste or marzipan. Try a cake or candy supply shop. I know you can make marzipan from scratch but the commercial kind is just as good is less expensive. Do not get almond paste as it does not have as much almonds in it and will not hold its shape. Marzipan has to be 25% almonds. I have never seen a recipe for sugarpaste but there could be one. I took a candy making class and it was used in a demonstration.
