White House Chili
Ground turkey, white beans, hominy and green chiles in a tangy broth.
1 pound ground turkey
2 cans (15 ounces each) great northern beans
1 can (16 ounces) white hominy
1 can (4.5 ounces) chopped green chiles
1 package Lawry's chili seasoning
½ cup water
Brown the turkey. Drain. Add the beans, along with their liquid, the
hominy and the green chiles. Add the seasoning mix and water. Bring to
boil, reduce heat, and simmer about 20 minutes.
