MALTED COCOA MIX
Serves/Yields: Makes about 20 cups of cocoa
1 pkg. (25.6 ounces) nonfat dry powdered milk
6 cups mini marsmallows
1(16 oz.)container instant cocoa mix for milk
1(13 oz.) jar malted milk powder
1 (6oz.)jar non-dairy powdered creamer
1/2 tsp. salt
In a very large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Store in an
airtight container in a cool place.
To serve: Pour 6 ounces hot waater over 1/3 cup of cocoa mix. Stir until
well blended
