Easy Cheesy Broccoli Cauliflower & Noodle Soup:

1 sm. chopped sweet onion
1 stick butter
1 bag frozen California Blend mixed veggie
2 qt. size can chicken broth
1 pkg. thin flat soup noodles.
1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 can evoperated milk
salt & pepper to taste

Start with med. size stock pot on med.-high heat. Add onion and
buter saute' until tender add frozen veggie's and chicken broth.
When the pot starts to boil add noodles, cook 15 min.; stiring some
to keep the noodles from sticking together. Add the cheese, milk &
salt & pepper, stir. Bring it to a low simmer & the cheese has
melted. Turn off. At this point you may eat
