I'm not sure what you mean by "it mixes all together." Not having your
recipe makes it hard to tell, but it sounds like you are using too much liquid. If
using canned tomatoes, drain them in a glass and if you need more moisture in
the finished sauce, you can add some to the desired consistency. Make sure
the noodles are well drained. Also, let the dish "rest" for 10-15 minutes
before serving.
