South Sea Tea Blend
2 cups unsweetened instant tea
2 pkg. (3 oz. each) orange-pineapple gelatin mix
1 cup sugar
3/4 t. coconut extract
1/8 t. vanilla powder
Combine ingredients in a food processor; blend well. Place in an airtight
container; attach instructions. Makes 3 1/2 cups;
Instructions: Add 2 T. mix to 3/4 cup boiling water; stir well. Serve warm or
cold. Makes one serving
