Hi to everyone. I need your help. I was given a couple jars of Pacata (date palm), but have no idea how to use them or even what they really are. The label is in Mexican and English, so makes me feel this is a product of Mexico. If someone know what this is and/or has recipes for it, please send me what you can!! Thanks in advance, - Sandy
